My say

AUSTRIA

Two months ago, me and a couple of students went to visit Austria as a school trip. We didn't go there just for fun, we did it with our history's teacher to know more about what happened during the WWII, and how the affected people lived back then.
The first day we went to Munich in Germany to see the first concentration camp. I remember how big it was, it didn't seem to be a concentration camp at all because it was so beatiful. There was plenty of nature all around it and amazing green fields. But once you go inside the buildings you realise where you are and what really happened there. The principal room i will never forget is the gas showers, where tones of innocent people died.
The following day we went to Linz, Austria, and we visited the streets. In every street there's a little of history. The guides explained us a lot of interesting things and facts that happened there. Linz is such a beautiful city to live in.
Next, we went to two more concentration camps, and what a saw there left me without words. Those places are so breathtaking, not only because how pretty they are, because how much victims were there and died. Once you visit these places you change completely your mind and the way to see everything.
The last day we visited Vienna, my favorite city so far, and went all around it with a guide who explained us a lot of things.

Making this trip is really worth it, i'm so glad i went there. I wish i can go there in the future on my own so i can see more places and learn more things about it.
